Complete renovation of original 1970s 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The client wanted something special and not simply out of the box but with longevity in its style.

Everyday luxury for a functional, practical home
The original apartment featured an unconventional layout and outdated finishes throughout. The side entrance to the kitchen was closed off to create an elegant marble entryway with feature lighting, built in shoe storage and seating. The laundry was smartly reconfigured from a double stacking arrangement to under counter, allowing the hot water heater to be hidden behind cabinets overhead and ample bench space which worked double time as a butler’s kitchen. The dining room was enclosed using a custom sliding door which the client chose to keep open most times, creating a greater sense of living space.
